Although we offer rush orders where possible and fast shipping services, shipping delays which are outside of our control, may occur - particularly with international orders

Using a tracable delivery service, the tracking number will be shared with you once the order is finished and sent.

Returns and Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 3 days of your order being made.


Returns are accepted on EU purchases of collection pieces. Please inform us within 14 days of delivery of your item(s) and the item(s) must be returned within 28 days of delivery at your cost. Please ensure they are returned in perfect, unused condition in their original packaging. Please note that refunds will be minus the cost of postage.
