Force Majeure
​
No Party will be responsible for the total or partial non-performance of its obligations caused by an event constituting force majeure within the meaning of the Applicable Regulations.
​
The Party invoking an event constituting force majeure must notify the other Party within three (3) calendar days of the occurrence of that event. 1940bridal will make every effort to limit its scope.
​
The execution of the Order will resume its normal course as soon as the event constituting force majeure has ceased. If the suspension of the Contract should exceed three (3) months, each Party may terminate this Agreement after notification to the other Party by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.

Terms of the right of withdrawal.
​
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 calendar days following the date of receipt or withdrawal of the Order. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.

The Buyer must inform the 1940bridal by all means of their unequivocal desire to withdraw.
​
The Buyer who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal must return the Product to the seller within the above-mentioned period, in their original, complete and new packaging:

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with their original labels.

Must be returned in their original boxes and inside a package.

Once the Order has been received by the 1940bridal and complies with the return policy, the Buyer will be refunded via the original payment method.

Exceptions of the right of withdrawal.
​
In accordance with Article L221-28, 3°, of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be applied to goods made according to the Buyer's specifications, bespoke/personalized orders.
​
Thus, no withdrawal right can be applied to the altered Products.
​
With the exception of Special Conditions to the contrary, in accordance with Article L221-28, 5°, of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may not be applied, for reasons of hygiene and health protection, to the following Products as soon as they have been unsealed by the Buyer: Earrings.
