1. Products Sold

The Buyer can purchase the Products sold directly on the Site.

The order is made on the Site and confirmed by email.

 

Each item is made by hand - so items may have varying finishing times. Please read the description to know the lead time of each product.

2. Bespoke Orders

​

The Buyer can get in touch to order bespoke items, adapted in particular to the Buyer's measurements. 

​

The Product lead times will be discussed directly and lead times will be made aware to the buyer. These can vary due to the lead time of sourcing the required materials. Bespoke pieces will be non-refundable.

3. Prices

​

The Prices of the Products are indicated in Euros all taxes included. The Price appearing on the Site on the day of the Order will be the only one applicable to the Buyer.

​

The Prices displayed on the Site do not include delivery costs, customs fees and any additional costs related to the delivery of the Product. These may vary depending on the delivery address provided at the time of the Order. 

​

If VAT is applicable, the Price will include VAT. The amount of applicable VAT may be adjusted taking into account the country of destination of the Order.

​

All Orders are accepted subject to the Prices and discounts applicable in force on the date of the Order. Prices are not negotiable and are freely set by the 1940bridal.

​

The buyer is responsible for any customer taxes that may occur.

​

1940bridal may modify the Price at any time, without the new Price applying to the Order already validated by the Buyer.
