Each item purchased is hand-curated or hand-made to order especially for you.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for the production of your order.
Postage to your desired location is on top of Production time and based on estimates from shipping couriers.
Please allow plenty of time before your wedding day, to order your favourite items!
Although we offer rush orders where possible and fast shipping services, shipping delays which are outside of our control, may occur - particularly with international orders
Using a tracable delivery service, the tracking number will be shared with you once the order is finished and sent.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, THERE MAY BE CUSTOMS CHARGES ONCE THE PACKAGE ARRIVES IN YOUR COUNTRY

Returns and Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 3 days of your order being made.
Returns are not accepted for bespoke items.
Returns are not accepted for collection items as each item is personalised individually with your initials. Which deems this item unable to be sold again.
Unfortunately, international orders are non-returnable due to import taxes.
Rush orders are non-refundable. Please contact us if you have any questions.
